Created and managed the DHL ‘Charter Desk’, a joint venture with DHL Aviation Middle East. Pioneered the first in-house ‘Charter Desk’ function for DHL Aviation and integrated the entity into DHL’s Regional network as a stand-alone product, generating multi-million dollar revenues.
