Worked with designers and assemblers in French to create generic assembly process for precision gearboxes.Addressed issues identified during Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis by refining the processes, adding mandatory inspection points and alerting assemblers to critical steps.

Designed steering system to increase rack travel while reducing packaging size and improving ergonomics.

Collaborated on the development of the team’s first hybrid rocket engine for international competition. Designed oxidizer tank for pressurized NO2 storage in consultation with mechanical engineering leads.
