As the Head of Operations at Ones Basketball League (OBL), I have over 20 years of experience in the sports industry, where I have developed and demonstrated competencies in operations, marketing, event production, and sports business management. I am passionate about creating and delivering exceptional sports experiences for our players, fans, partners, and sponsors. I am also committed to supporting and developing our team, as I serve as Chief of Staff and a member of the Leadership Team.In my role at OBL, I oversee and coordinate all the operations of our departments, ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective execution, while maintaining our high standards of quality and innovation. I also assist our CEO and Founder with strategic planning, business development, and stakeholder management. In addition, I leverage my expertise and network in the sports business to provide personal assistance and guidance to our professional athletes, helping them navigate and maximize their off-the-court ventures. I take pride in being a trusted and valuable partner for our athletes, and in creating a positive and impactful legacy for our league.
