Assets & Infrastructure Branch - Operational Infrastructure

Working with the Open Space Team to deliver high quality open spaces for the residents of NSW.Delivering the Public Art Project for the $50m Parks for People Program.Event management for Parks for People showcase at NSW Parliament House.

Responsibilities:• Manage Telecoms Expense System, analyse carrier invoices of $40m annually to ensure accurate accounting of moves, adds, changes and correct application of contracted rates and resolve billing disputes with carriers. • Maintain vendor relationships with Telstra, Orange and TPG.• Own the life cycle for the ordering, provisioning, modifying and cancelling of corporate voice, mobile and data services.• Confidential reports on mobile usage for Internal Audit team and monthly Business Unit reporting • Maintain asset management database and cost centre allocations for 45,000 services.• Liaise with product vendors for mobile device and service procurement, monitor and manage hardware fund of $250k

• Manage Telecoms expense system, analyses carrier invoices of $20m annually, resolve billing disputes with carriers.• Maintain vendor relationships with Telstra, Optus, Orange, TPG and Foxtel.• Manage the end-to-end telecommunication provisioning and billing of corporate and mobile services and mobile hardware. • Maintain asset management database and cost centre allocations for 20,000 services.• Produce monthly Business Unit reporting on Telecommunication spend and potential cost savings.• Confidential reports on mobile usage for Internal Audit team
