Assist product development & marketing Director on all projects. Create social media calendars. Perform market trend analysis. Develop new products, including shade extension, component design, and carton copy. Maintain working relationships with global suppliers. Work very closely with Quality Assurance department on specialized tasks.

Manage three customer service phone lines and email addresses. Compile customer feedback to address/resolve with cross-functional teams. Vast knowledge of product usage and functionality for three separate brands. Product library management. Write and provide feedback on product copy. Customer retention. Product & brand support.
