The Executive Meeting Manager acquires and maintains business for the International Group Sales segment managing and growing revenue within an assigned territory for groups that range in the size of 10-35 peak rooms per night. Responsible for building internal and external relationships, strategically driving sales to achieve or exceed overall goals, and assisting client's direct needs from start to finish. Responsible for generating millions of dollars of revenue for Cvent per year. Managed the corporate relationships with many of Cvent's major hotels and hotel management clients. From delivering reports and performance analysis to uncovering opportunities for revenue growth and delivering recommendations to maintain a competitive advantage. Efforts included:- Marketing Cvent’s Supplier Network to hoteliers and other event venue professionals- Consulting clients through account & platform overview trainings daily, conduct business performance analytical client reviews, daily assessment of hotel/ hospitality clients digital marketing & branding strategy towards targeted meeting planner audience-Serve as an initial point of contact with prospective customers and provide product information to prospects interested in learning more about Cvent's Supplier Network-Work closely with C-Level corporate contacts in Hotel Chains and Hotel Managament Companies to create the most effective marketing mix strategy to increase group business their properties receive through our system-Negotiate pricing with Hotel Chains and Hotel Management Companies, large and small-Utilize reporting and analytics to look at market trends, consumer behavior, and marketing effectiveness- Maintaining existing client relationship database & assistance in client business needs- Managing & executing full sale life cycles for clients & non clients - Utilizing reporting and analytics to look at market trends, consumer behavior, and marketing effectiveness- Onboarding & continuous developmental training assistance for division colleagues, creating & implementing new hire product training sessions, attend on campus recruiting/interview events
