About Elissa Schuler Adair

My superpower is the ability to weave front-line practice and competing agendas into a cohesive strategy for action. I build system change from front-line input including accessible tools that motivate adoption. Sample products include in print, in person, online and social media communications, interactive training, motivational interviewing and policy briefs. The surveys I directed as a founding member of the Consumer Reports Health Ratings Center have been read by millions and are cited by the WSJ, the NYT and CNN. I am passionate about telling data-driven stories that crystallize values and emotions, personalize outreach, sustain engagement and help us make the best evidence-based decisions we possibly can.
