I am a Marketing Specialist and Graphic Designer for E&G Franchise Systems where I provide marketing and graphic support for all 100+ Erbert and Gerbert’s Sandwich Shop locations that span across the United States. I coordinate new store opening marketing plans, create/execute/report all custom advertising and marketing campaigns for our franchisees. My role relies heavily on project management and communication efforts to ensure deadlines are met and goals are exceeded. I manage and create all E&G corporate social media efforts in increasing likes, engagement and brand awareness. I am also the customer’s first point of contact for any comments, concerns, reviews etc. on the corporate social media pages.

As the Marketing and Communications Director, I acted as the main voice of the company through their website, social media outlets and within the community. My day-to-day consisted of marketing hundreds of properties throughout various platforms – including blogging, e-newsletters and designing brochures-positioning commercial real estate agents in the digital world and act as the main point-of-contact with external vendors. Beyond the daily responsibilities, I was the lead producer and organizer of an extensive market report encompassing important aspects of commercial real estate in and around the Quad Cities area. With this project I helped create and edit content, design and produce a 20+ page report, create and monitor all external communication with hundreds of business leaders around the community inviting them to attend an event unveiling the information found in the report. I was an active member of the Global Marketing Leadership Council and acted as liaison between the larger community and NAI Global, educate/mentor new and current members as well as finding and introducing new technology, tools and resources as they become available. I was an active leader on the NAI Global's Marketing Council - Central Region, a group formed of all of the Marketing Coordinators from the region to discuss marketing opportunities, strategies and developments.

While being a Creative Director, I am able to fuel my creative passion for design while also pushing clients to new heights. From start to finish, I am able to manage multiple tasks, projects, people and talents that all form one unified whole.

As Smiles Leader, I was able to delegate tasks and project manage a team of 5 individuals and help customers in a retail setting while increasing our bottom line.

While working with MY2CENTS Marketing, I developed landing pages, profile pictures, blogs and social media content for multiple businesses around South Eastern Minnesota. To increase the knowledge of the company, I attended trade shows, company sponsored promotions events, and city tours on behalf of the company.I have also assisted Marketing Directors in coordinating events and interactive media activities, developing proposals and relationships with clients, as well as monitoring our client's online blogs and social media efforts to track all progress.
