Elissa Kline leads product and design at Point, a real-estate fintech company funded by Andreessen Horowitz, Ribbit Capital, Bloomberg, Greylock and others. Point is building a marketplace to enable homeowners to diversify their wealth by selling some of the equity in their homes without taking on additional debt. Prior to Point, Elissa was at Zillow where she oversaw the product roadmap for Postlets across all platforms - including native iOS and Android applications. Postlets was a tool for landlords and property managers to list their properties on the Zillow rental marketplace. She also managed Zillow's rental pro tools operations and customer service team. Prior to Zillow, Elissa was a web producer and senior manager of online media at QuinStreet. In addition to her responsibilities driving user engagement and conversion on one of the largest media properties in the portfolio, she was responsible for cross-team SEO and social marketing initiatives. She earned her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. While completing her MBA, she interned as a product manager at Amazon, where she worked within the Product Ads group.Prior to earning her MBA, Elissa spent four years working in advertising sales and operations at the Wall Street Journal, assisting the print and digital advertising sales team with strategic revenue initiatives. At the Journal, Elissa focused on optimizing the pricing schema, monetizing new and struggling products, and was instrumental in implementing a franchise-wide client reward mechanism that encouraged investment across all Wall Street Journal properties, whether they be international, print or digital. She was also heavily involved in sales team management, working to design optimal organization and incentive plan structures. Elissa is an honors graduate of Harvard College, where she majored in Economics.
