★ Led the Marketing Committee as a Veteran Student Outreach Ambassador in order to help establish goals for the upcoming months and give other SOAs guidance when necessary★ Organized and presented an updated structuring of the Marketing Committee to 20 new employees and all of admin during department orientation resulting in implementing a more effective organizational structure. ★ Mentored newly hired employees in order to improve efficiency via continual communication with transfer students. ★ Oversaw the orientation of 20 new employees to represent UC Davis on a public scale resulting in an improvement in efficiency and professionalism through both the Marketing and the Communication branches of the organization. ★ Managed deadlines successfully and coordinated schedules with other members of the program across the organization resulting in increased attendance, enthusiasm, and service for the potential transfer students. ★ Spearheaded events for 100s of incoming and prospective transfer students both in person and online from different community colleges across northern California resulting in an increase of interest and applications to the university.★ Led VIP tours and educated students about the academics and UC Davis campus culture in order to help increase the number of students applying to UC Davis.

★ Coordinated engaging and productive activities for 12 children between the ages of 6-13. ★ Developed strategies to promote exercise and cultivated a healthy competitive environment for children to thrive. ★ Improved team building among tennis students resulting in increased communication, learning, cohesion. ★ Oversaw tennis court matches, as well as organized practices and interactive games in order to help maintain engagement in attendance through the 2-month program.
