• Design and finalize recruitment guidelines for two projects. The recruitment guide contains information about HIMAPSI, a brief description of the project, lob desciptions for each division in the project committee, CV content and format, as well as motivation letters, recruitment flow timelines, and contact persons.• Develop and finalize assessment tools, namely General Aspects (GA) and Occupational Competencies (OC) for two projects.• Looking for 40+ applicants to be the committee in the two existinq projects.• Interviewed 4 applicants in the first project and 3 applicants in the second project (7 people in total).• Making 7 assessment reports in total and presenting each applicant at the docking attended by BPH Project, BK HIMAPSI, Teman Project, and the Education Development Division.• Provide feedback assessment to 7 applicants in total. In this case, conveying things that have been good and which can still be improved in the future by applicants, as well as the results of passing or not passing into the project committee.• Reviewing and revising the HIMAPSI competency dictionary which consists of 13 competencies.

• Taking care of borrowing classrooms and campus halls for theater rehearsals. This starts from making a permit for borrowing a campus room (approximately 5+ letters per month) to confirming it to the campus.• Ensure all theater equipment, such as chairs and musical instruments are there and stored properly.• Maintain a conducive theatre rehearsal environment.
