Industries everywhere are facing disruption. Especially poignant is that even traditional, ironclad industries have seen disruption with new tech and business models. 21st learning curriculum needs to offer multiple applied pathways, enable micro-learning, with on-demand learning, anytime, anywhere. Delivered curriculum and instructional design to clients SIEMENS, SAP, ST Engineering and NBS @ NTU on community service and problem-based learning projects, impacting 1000 over engineers and 1,200 underserved in the community. Having spoken to over 30 schools, and delivered instructional design and training on communication and entrepreneurship to 10 secondary schools, chosen as one of 40 community leaders to lead projects with SG50 Committee and awarded SG50 Certificate of Appreciation by former Education Minister Heng Swee Keat. Led clients and student leaders in LearnSG Festival and JTC Launchpad's Fantastic Fridays.
