Supervise and manage a team to perform taxation compliance in all relating matters and coordinate with tax authorities for the finalization of tax matters. Also dealing with personnel Annual Income Tax Return with a status of resident and non-resident.

• Perform liaising, co-ordinate, deal with tax authorities (FBR, PRA, SRB, etc.) with respect to any refunds, clarification, reconciliation, verification required through by notices or any other means;• Prepare, submit reply to notices on day to day basis or as may deem fit to be required by tax authorities with respect to Income Tax (IT) and Sales Tax (ST) applicable laws/rules;• Having hands-on experience in computation, filing of IT and ST returns of corporate and personnel returns of executives, e-filling of refunds, their proceedings and co-ordinate with tax authorities with respect to tax laws/rules;• Prepare and review the computation of deferred tax assets or liability;• Refunds and other MIS reports are prepared and updated on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual basis and reconciled with accounts;• Prepare reply to notices on a day to day basis or as may deem fit to be required by tax authorities;• Assist the CEO and CFO along with Manager Finance and Accounts (Financial Controller) in Formulation and execution of Financial and accounting policies and Internal Control System;• Preparation of Financial Reports (e.g. Trial Balance, Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flow);• Review of Supplier’s and customer’s Monthly Reconciliation and processing the payments and receipts as per the credit terms;• Project Costing for different projects;• Ensure accuracy of information contained in financial reports and their compliance with statutory requirements;• Formulation of Finance and other MIS, periodic compilation and review of MIS;• Preparation and Monitoring of Budgets;• Managing Cash flows, Fund and Working Capital Management;• Project Costing, Cost Control and providing information for pricing;• Fixed Assets Management;• Controlling Organizational Resources such as Funds, Facilities; and• Overall responsibility of the department.
