Fred has worked in the facility maintenance roll since a teenager running the Montrose Motor Inn , Niagara Falls Ontario. Leaving Ontario with his young family Fred continued to grow his career with in the resort industry working at the Rimrock Hotel as a General Maintenance Technician, then moving into Maintenance Manager position with Travellers Inn and Charltons Resorts in Banff, Alberta. Fred left the mountains to further grow his career with the Westin Edmonton a Starwood managed property as there Chief Engineer. Having the opportunity to grow his career and return to his home province Fred joined the growing team at Casino Rama as Facility's Manager, opening the new hotel and leading a team of 65 employees to success ensuring the highest standards were met for guests staying and playing at this exciting venue. Ensuring he was always expanding his technical skills Fred joined Rogers Cable Communications as a field technician and moving onto head end maintenance, training in all aspects of the telecommunications business before leaving, again to pursue his true passion for building maintenance joining the team at Horseshoe Resort as Building Maintenance Manager and Project Manager. Fred successfully lead Horseshoe Resort through the renovation of there hotel and conference levels, as well as overseeing the Horseshoe Valley waste water treatment plant operations. With Freds extensive background in building maintenance, construction and renovations, people will be in the right hands with Fred ensuring they are making the right choice.
