I am responsible for evaluating the quality performance of technical teams, making sure they follow and understand processes, communicate in the correct manner with customers and inform them about the case handling. I am responsible for analyzing tendencies and giving proposals for improvements.

During this period I was responsible for contract management. Some of my duties included reviewing contracts and taking appropriate actions such as reminding the end users to renew or extend their contracts.

I started with supporting end users in the DACH region who were having technical issues with inkjet printers . My working languages were German and English. Than I moved to the support of laser machines again supporting end users. I changed then to a back office position and was exchanging mainly e-mails with corporate clients facing technical issues with their machines.

I was providing general office administration support to the manager of the company. This included making sure all documents needed for the daily running were provided to him or the accountant company he was working with. At the end of the month all financial documentation had to be gathered and I was responsible for extraction and ensuring it was sent accordingly. I was responsible for the shift schedule and was dealing with deadlines.
