This includes booking 73 financial advice appointmentseach quarter, maintaining an attendance rate of 75%, call quality rate of 97% and generating £95,000 of income in 2023.• Delivering over 20 coaching sessions per month to develop and motivate colleagues from inbound teams toidentify customers who may benefit from financial advice.
