Supported NIWC PAC’s Core Mission (Information Warfare/C4ISR) by serving as an Alteration Installation Team Manager for Communications, Computers, Command & Control, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C4ISR) shipboard modernization aboard US Navy ships. Conducted all aspects of AIT-M work in accordance with Naval Warfare (NAVWAR) policies and NIWC PAC Fleet Readiness Directorate Installation Office (FIO) business rules.Managed assigned NWA(s) using available reports and tools. Communicated status and issues to Project Team Lead and FIO Leadership for awareness, mitigation, and assistance. Completed all NIWC Pacific administrative and training requirements by division deadlines.

Managed 20 team members in preventive and corrective maintenance, testing and alignments for the Aegis Weapon System. Maximized operational readiness and elevated team competency in key technical processes for the SPY-1D Radar, Aegis Computer Network Suite and MK 99 Fire Control System. Generated technical reports and formal briefings to executive leaders on emerging technologies, providing data they needed to defeat threats to the organization.
