Upon taking the position we had two locations, one in McAllen inside La Plaza Mall and the other inside Rio Grande Valley Premium Outlets in Mercedes Texas. With my past experience as store manager in our McAllen location, I transferred that knowledge of operations of one store and applied that into growing these two locations at once with an expanded team of barbers, sales staff and new managers. We went from a team of about 15 to a team of about 25. Since taking this job, we have opened two new locations in the McAllen area, a tdK For Her which curates specifically to women and a corporate office to which we also added a barbershop. Our team is now 35 people strong, not including me. Currently, I am the point of contact for all store managers and all department managers of my area and my biggest duty is coaching them to company standards so that all major operations run efficiently in all locations. Although I am district manager, I have also handled some duties of an Operations Manager by creating new company procedures and standards that have been implemented company-wide.

I managed tdK's hybrid retail/barbershop store operations in their McAllen location located inside La Plaza Mall. At the time of my employment, I handled ten barbers plus anywhere from four to five sales staff members at one time.
