As the Youth in Landscapes intern for the Africa region, I am tasked with researching and connecting with Africa regional partners, ensuring deeper engagement with the youth movement in the region.Coordinating the Africa Regional Project Team, ensuring regular engagement and community building, to develop an annual regional youth program in Africa (including but not limited to regional consultations, region-specific GLF Lives).In collaboration with the Youth team, leading the development of youth programs and engagement activities before and during the GLF Africa event including youth daily shows, youth plenaries, youth speakers, volunteers, mentorship program.Supporting the follow-up of the GLF Africa, and the engagement of YIL alumni.Compiling a list of youth speakers from the Africa region and coordinating with the broader GLF team and Africa regional coordinator to ensure youth speakers at conferences.In collaboration with the Youth team, supporting the development and delivery of the overall Landscape Leadership Annual Youth program.

Am concerned with developing a work plan aimed at empowering the community and alumni with entrepreneurship skills through capacity building entrepreneurship training, organize exhibition shows to provide platform for youth in community and members from MFABU to exhibit and to develop social entrepreneurship ventures that can win funding through writing proposals and seeking for possible funders.
