I spear head organizational development and facilitate communication both internally in regards to our membership and externally i.e. partnership and collaborations.

Serving on the board of an international association were I am responsible for recruitment for young and new artists.

Helped build a not-for-profit company from the ground up indulging: Coordination of marketing and sales for performances, galas, and special events; House management; engagement of new artists and professionals.

As Production Coordinator I did event planning, internal Organization, and project management.

Planned and facilitated a variety of events including political advocacy and social events. Handled public relations issues and was a liaison to other university organizations.
