During my time at CYC, I managed client accounts and ensured that they always received timely and effective service. This required analytical thinking and communications between both in-house specialist teams and client benefits department members. I also became an SME on tax-advantaged healthcare accounts - HSA's, FSA's, and HRA's - in order to represent and administer the products offered by CYC.

I worked with a small team surveying members of the Baltimore community about the 2016 elections. Primarily, I was responsible for asking constituents about who they were planning to vote for, in order to gather data which would inform the campaign strategies of the candidates I represented. My work also helped spread awareness about the candidates, and reminded constituents to go out and vote on election day. All of the candidates running for House and Senate seats won their elections.
