Having joined the company as a collections specialist, I have since contributed to every facet of the business. I pride myself in supporting growth and leadership through unprecedented dedication, innovation, and vision.Administratively, I manage all departments of 2 busy centers, comprising ~60 employees and including front desk, A/R, A/P, billing, collections, auditing, credentialing, marketing, and customer relations. When stepping into this role, I also began building skills/experience with financial analysis, marketing, hiring, training, creating tracking systems, bookkeeping, and more. Some highlights include:• Partnering with practice owners to open 4 new centers, ensuring turnkey operations each time.• Devising an innovative marketing strategy to grow business amid COVID-19, focusing on improving company’s online presence; liaised with third-party company to revamp the website and improve Google SEO.• Saving thousands of dollars annually by regularly and aggressively negotiating vendor and insurance contracts.• Proficiently managing the books and partnering with certified accountants for end-of-year reporting and tax preparation.• Handling insurance credentialing paperwork and processes for 6 radiologists, ensuring individual insurance standards are met and maintained.• Training every employee, having developed training manuals after conducting due diligence to establish best practices (based on participation in various audits—Department of Labor, etc.).

Within this role, I was accountable for front desk training and applying appropriate policies and procedures. It wasn’t long before I earned my next promotion.

I joined the practice as a collections specialist based on my previous Bursar experience. Within this role I brought in the revenue from the services rendered and managed the appeals process for both commercial and no-fault claims.After being in the role for a couple of years, I was given (earned) the opportunity to take on more responsibility to become the Office Manager.

Appointed as second-in-command to president to oversee operations across largest territory, encompassing New York and New Jersey. Liaise directly between the CEO, president, and doctors. Provide executive-level leadership and direction to 180-person team, including 2 direct reports. Source new locations while ensuring best-in-class management of each of 8 sites and adherence to SOPs.
