A sales associate with a deep knowledge of brands carried at the store. My specific technical knowledge of snowboard hardware made me one of the go-to's for customers looking to purchase snowboards and accessories.

In this role, I fielded customer comments on satisfaction and complaints, and worked to come up with solutions to complaints to the best of my ability. I maximized office efficiency by organizing the office, creating a new payroll system, setting schedules, and improving staff morale. In my role as an instructor, I was responsible for creating an individualized hour long lesson plan for each client to make sure that they have the most enjoyable experience. In my role as an auditor, I handled cash and end-of-day reports for cashiers from various departments making sure that each report and money count was accurate. After ensuring individual accuracy, I compiled all reports into one comprehensive resort report.

In my role as the event coordinator, I planned and executed various events, ranging from 8 to 200+ people in size. I coordinated logistics between appropriate parties to ensure ordering, menus, and set up were inline with customer demand. While being the key person for events, I also maintained my role as a server, bartender, and office manager. These duties included designing and updating our website & helping with payroll (office manager), training new employees in all areas of the restaurant, familiarizing them with both front and back of house procedures, and being knowledgeable in the food and drinks to provide most relevant recommendations to all customers. I completed all these duties and more to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

At Monkees, I informed customers of in stock items that worked within their budgets and personal style. I worked to increase personal brand knowledge and current styles. I gained great customer satisfaction, both in person and online/over the phone, including several clients who chose me and their personal shopper. I also sustained our stores social media presence on a near daily basis to hit digital marketing goals.

Began as an internship with with purpose of getting more kids involved in a variety of outdoor activities. A result of my participation was an increase in the kids willingness to put down technology and get outside with their friends. I used my personal experience to help set up a protocol for kids with allergies and dietary restrictions that is still used today.
