-Responsible for all ticketing-related duties at the Midland Theatre (capacity: 3000) and other outside venues-Creating and managing ticketing pages for multiple venues using AXS-Managing and staffing Midland box office-Initiating and closing premium and group sales-Managing portfolio of premium members and driving new premium sales-Assisting with show settlements

–Creating and maintaining ticket link pages for all shows at the venue using Ticketweb platform–Ensuring smooth and punctual activations of onsales, presales, and VIP packages–Settling presales and outside ticket sales with promoters, labels, agencies, and third party ticketing services–Exceeding customer service expectations by promptly assisting patrons with ticket-related issues–Using TicketWeb built-in email marketing to send eblasts

–Curating multi-platform social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, webpage).–Managing approx. 20 street team members and 2 marketing interns year-round–Creating and executing marketing plans on majority of shows (100+/year) at the venue in coordination with agents, artist management, and label representatives. 60+ sold out shows–Marketing special outdoor events with attendance of 10,000+
