As general manager for the operational facilities in an expatriate housing estate, I have demonstrated excellent organisation and team management skills. I managed the occupancy of properties within the estate by diplomatic expatriates providing high quality services including security, maintenance, housekeeping and laundry, landscaping and waste management teams. I have negotiated contracts with contractors and suppliers.Using various IT systems and computing skills I managed staffing solutions, income and expenditure, billing and payments and made monthly management reports on operational aspects. I have used my excellent interpersonal and communication skills managing the company across various levels from senior management to multi-disciplinary teams serving our customers.In my position, I have been open to meeting the needs of our residents and resolving complaints during challenging times including the COVID lockdowns.

Development of translation software for technical and marketing documentation.

I have also worked in Technical support for Occupational Health and Safety products, especially respiratory protection for 3M. I worked as part of a team of technical affairs engineers supporting the sales and marketing of respiratory safety products as part of 3M’s range of Occupational Health and Environmental safety products in various customer focused markets including Automotive Aftercare, Consumer and Home improvement, medical and healthcare markets. I worked with various teams to ensure regulatory compliance and CE approval by European authorities.A highlight of this role was the launch of 3M’s latest HASMAT emergency response suit for the EMEA region.

I worked as an editorial assistant for the European Journal of Chemistry at Wiley-VCH in Germany where I analysed and assessed Chemical journals for publication. I used various software to edit, XML coding and formatting of academic peer reviewed manuscripts for publishing.

In my regulatory role for the Veterinary Medicines directorate, I have used my judgement to measure the safety, quality and efficacy of veterinary immunological drugs. I followed a standard operating procedure of validation, assessment and reporting on applications for Marketing authorisations and variations of veterinary immunological products.
