As of July 2024 I am a graduate of Southampton medical school! I am excited to be starting in my new role as a Foundation Doctor at the Royal Berkshire Hospital. My upcoming rotations include Upper GI Surgery, Renal medicine, and Rheumatology.I plan to pursue a career in an Acute speciality, namely anaesthetics or Emergency Medicine. In 2021 I intercalated with University of Plymouth being awarded a First Class with Honours on their BSc Urgent and Emergency Care course. Primarily, I was based within the Emergency Department at the Bristol Royal Infirmary. This experience confirmed my interest in emergency and prehospital care, areas that I continue to chase opportunities in, the most recent being my elective period at Tygerberg Hospital in Cape Town, South Africa practising trauma medicine.
