I worked as a Device Configuration Intern for GE Transportation's On-Board Information Networking and Communications team for the lead system engineer for the GoLINC Chassis system, a positive train control system (PTC). On a day to day basis, I was exposed to systems engineering, transfer protocols, management softwares, wireless and wired communications, EMC/EMI testing, project development and a whole lot more.
