Conducted needs assessments to evaluate curriculum effectiveness, identified gaps in content and delivery, reviewed and updated the quality of program materials accordingly.Coordinated and developed learning and teaching materials for the Department to ensure harmonization of updated deliverables across thematic areas and better content delivery.Contributed to developing and implementing Department staff training programs such as Pedagogical training, advanced research methodology techniques, and academic publishing.
