Finance Manager
Current• Preparation of monthly, Quarterly and year to date financial reports to be presented to the Board and for Tax efficiency• Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and salary updates, ledgers and data entry.• Interact with other line managers to provide support to planning initiatives through financial and management information report.• Ensure posting and record system are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards • Provide financial and accounting advice to MD and Management teams.• Manage the payroll system and accrue for salary on monthly basis.• Report directly to managing director on any financial matter concerning the organization.• Prepare liquidity profile of the company on daily basis.• Prepare financial budget of the organization.• Oversees the operations of the finance department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives•Monitoring accounts, control and keeping tabs of each and every account of all clients/ Suppliers of the firm also raising of invoices and monitoring of client payments.•Preparation of monthly, Quarterly and year to date financial report as at when due.
