I was responsible for all Electronic Banking products to include online and mobile banking, eStatements, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Live Chat, BP, Mobile Remote Deposit Capture (MRDC), Bank to Bank (B2B) transfers and Personal Finance Management (PFM) tools. I was also responsible for all Commercial Online Banking products to include ACH, Wires, and Positive Pay. I represented the department as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and primary liaison with all electronic banking vendors and internal stakeholders. I ensured vendors met their SLA’s, managed all related product enhancements and new releases. I communicated all changes, new product releases, enhancements or releases for all online banking products and platforms. I developed and maintained the departments policy and procedures and assisted with product training bank wide. Represented the the business line on M&A projects.

As the Electronic Banking Manager I was responsible for the online banking customer service and a helpdesk staff of up to 20 employees. My team provided helpdesk service on all electronic banking products- online Banking for both the Consumer and Commercial customer, Telephone Banking, Mobile Banking, eStatements, iCheck for Business, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Live Chat, BP, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Mobile Remote Deposit Capture (MRDC), Bank to Bank (B2B) transfers and Personal Finance Management (PFM) tools via Cisco's call center platform. I developed and maintained the departments SOP's for fraud response and further assisted Compliance and Security with Fraud investigations as they related to the online banking platforms. I also managed our departments Business Continuity Plan and was responsible for internal and external Incident Reporting as it related to online banking products and platforms.

As an Electronic Banking Specialist I communicated with the various product vendor technical support staffs concerning problems related to that product and then assisted the customer with step-by-step solution instructions. I monitored the COB customers to make sure all ACH Credit, pre-funding, and Third Party Security reviews were performed yearly. I completed system updates on JHA, Netteller Bank Manager, Digital Insight Admin Platform, and the Bottomline Business Banking platform. I prepared and updated daily reports, maintained all files for auditing purposes, and reconciled daily productivity while meeting all scheduled time lines per task. I performed research and various projects as needed per management. I also processed cash orders and shipments for all bank branches.

I received all closing packages and prepared booking packages for data entry into the Jack Henry platform. I worked with loan officers and title companies to gather any deficit closing documentation. I monitored expected closing packages and assured all required documents were present and their prompt delivery to our office. I received and reviewed Trailing documents, and scanned and prepared them for delivery to the corresponding investor or document custodian. I located and delivered additional documentation contained in exception reports to appropriate banks in a timely manner. I performed quality assurance reviews on all closing documentation and managed documentation requiring court recordings.

I was responsible for welcoming all guests and ensuring a pleasant and professional experience during real estate closings. I answered the phone in a timely manner and directed calls to the correct contact. I managed office supplies and accounts with UPS and Fed Ex. I processed files by performing data entry, requesting payoff statements, Estoppel letters, Lien Searches, and property surveys. I requested property insurance qoutes and worked with clients to secure a policy. I requested wires for closings and assisted with compliance on banks pre -closing requirements in addition to cutting final checks for payments to vendors and partners. At the time of closings, I met with clients to complete the closing by collecting signatures and acknowledgements from the Seller and Buyer. After the closing, I was responsible for preparing packges for the bank or lender, and preparing legal documents for recording at the respective Clerk of Courts office.
