Keen to broaden my experience on one of Fujitsu's largest private sector accounts, I picked up the responsibility for new business change activity. Typically, these changes were <£50k, however they were a fundamental part of our client’s day to day business, and delivered in excess of £1.5m worth of revenue to the account. My role was to manage the progress of these changes from inception to contract signature, working with internal delivery teams to document a proposal and associated commercial terms, whilst ensuring conformance to both internal and external processes.

Responsible for the Service Delivery on one of Fujitsu's largest private sector accounts.Accountable for delivery of key business applications, across 11,500 branches. To act as a key interface to manage and build the service relationship with the client, ensuring that the service being delivered was to contract schedule, whilst ensuring that SLAs were being met, and that there was a continuous drive towards service improvement.

Canary Wharf

Management of the business as usual IT Service Delivery to Thomson Reuters across Europe, Middle East & Africa, during a time of great change (Thomson Corporation purchase of Reuters Group, and implementation of a major transformation to over 9000 users across EMEA). Reporting to the Head of Regional Services, I was directly responsible for the overall ITIL Service Management processes and associated reporting, in addition to the Service Desk function and management of third party suppliers, ensuring a quality, cost effective outsourced service being provided to the Thomson Reuters user-base.

On behalf of Fujitsu, based on customer site at Reuters (St Katharine Dock and Canary Wharf), I was responsible for the management of the delivery of the outsourced Service Desk and Deskside Support IT Services to Reuters internal global customers, through the development of ITIL best practice.

Responsible for a team of 5, management of the business relationships with third party vendors who are responsible for providing logistics, repair / refurbishment, and satellite services to Reuters.

Working within the Professional Services Group (PSG) in EMEA, responsible for the procurement, inventory control and associated administration relating to the purchase of hardware for Reuters’ market data clients.
