Notably: • Lead the STEM Outreach pillar to inspire and empower girls and women to pursue STEM subjects and careers. Co-ordinate large-scale volunteering initiatives and events such as Girls in IT, in which we hosted 200+ girls across 7 sites in the UK & Ireland supported by 60+ volunteers in FY24. • Led the FY22 Executive Shadowing programme in the UK & Ireland, assessing applications, liaising with 20+ Executives, managing comms, and implementing the onboarding process. • Selected as interim Co-Lead in FY22, where I was responsible for managing budget, maintaining internal and external partnerships, and ensuring the overall success of Women of Cisco UK&I. Increased membership for the UK&I chapter by over 200% during my time as Co-Lead.

Navigated complex and matrixed organisational structures to launch a first-of-its-kind Academy for the NHS.• Drive value throughout the sales lifecycle by positioning Cisco's CSR propositions as a competitive differentiator. Work closely with Sales teams across the business and Channel Partners to support large-scale bids and strengthen customer relations through significant in-kind contribution.

Built a new workflow from scratch to streamline team reporting, capturing and showcasing metrics for 150+ employees. Established and led a global tiger team for rollout.
