As a representative of Senior PsychCare in affiliation with Senior Psychological, I introduce the services of our Psychiatrists, Nuero-Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Licensed Psychologists, LPCs and LCSWs to our Long Term Care communities. Our objective is to help our seniors transition to their new Long Term Care environments by means of therapy. In the event that psychotropic medication (such as antidepressants, anxiolytic, antipsychotic, mood stabilizers and sedative medications) are required and prescribed, our psychiatrists will monitor the resident to make sure they are not being over medicated and target the reduction and/or elimination of the amount of psychotropic medication for the best quality of life possible. Our gradual dose reduction program will allow us to not only meet the facility expectations and requirements but also the requirements of CMS. In addition to representing Senior PsychCare, I also have the privledge of introducing HealthSYNC onsite Dental, Eye and Podiatry services into the long-term and assisted living communities. This allows our seniors to continue to have their periodic check-ups, and to be evaluated and treated if necessary in the comfort of their own environments.
