To co-ordinate the investigation and management of clinical negligence, employers & public liability claims and property expenses claims. To provide routine legal advice direct to employees on a range of issues. To provide advice and support to staff involved in inquests and other court procedures. Purchase- report on title; searches; check mortgage offer prior to report to client; exchange contracts; prepare draft transfers; prepare financial statements and file for completion; preparation and submission of SDLT; submit registrations. Sale- prepare contract documentation; deal with enquiries; prepare file for exchange and completion; obtain redemption statement and estate agents account; ensure mortgages redeemed; closure of files
