Associate Project Manager I - Hris
Current- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of HRIS initiatives across global offices, ensuring alignment with recruitment, workforce management, payroll, and benefits processes.
- Oversee the HRIS product suite, managing new projects, system enhancements, regulatory updates, audits, and troubleshooting (break/fix).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—HR, Payroll, Marketing, and Benefits—to develop and enhance a scalable HRIS strategy, leveraging SEI Oaks resources to maintain a project roadmap focused on long-term success and.
