• Identify trends and patterns in the performance of participating physicians from CMS claims data• Develop and generate reports and projections from the data to help physicians improve performance and save money• Gather information from various sources that might help better understand the situation and study the information to find a solution• Assess data quality and eliminate irrelevant data

• Interviewing, hiring, training and supervision of office staff• Revenue Cycle Duties from beginning to end (insurance verification, data entry, billing and collections)• Physician Credentialing and Privileging• Surgical Case Scheduling• Payroll• Inventory Maintenance

• Provide information & education to professionals, facilities, organizations, and consumers regarding services offered• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, social workers, & other health care professionals who utilize home care services by regularly scheduling and conducting visits to those referral sources • Represent the agency at health fairs and other community service functions

• Revenue Cycle Duties from beginning to end (insurance verification, data entry, billing and collections)• PIP suit preparation and follow-up with attorneys• Payroll

• Interviewing, hiring, training and supervision of front office and billing staff• Accounts Payable• Physician Credentialing and Privileging• Surgical Case Scheduling• Coordinated opening of second office location and implementation of new PM/EMR and digital x-ray systems
