She specialized in site search and selection, asset management, investment sales, property valuations and advisory services.Ms. Boudreau began her career as a commercial banking officer for Enterprise Bank serving small and medium sized business clients in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Ms. Boudreau also served as a bank service manager before relocating to South Florida where she pursued her passion for commercial real estate.Ms. Boudreau brings to her clients a wealth of transaction experience in business and real estate financing in addition to her shared commitment to client service.
