As an Adjunct Faculty member, I facilitate quality teaching skills in providing an exceptional online learning environment for a diverse range of students utilizing learning management systems to effectively deliver course curriculum. I boosted information literacy teaching a six-week Master's program for Instructional Design and Educational Technology courses through the organizational LoudCloud LMS system. I also integrated student feedback from end of course surveys to introduce successful change management into future teaching and instruction. This allowed me to establish engaging and interactive student activities, articulating new learning objectives into the curriculum to achieve desired student outcomes.

Within this position I executed instructional teaching through classroom management for a variety of students. I served within an Interim position, improving standardized test scores through exceptional communications and teaching, successfully preparing students to complete the SAT and ACT reading examinations. Additionally, I provided accurate assessment and review of student performance, providing detailed correction allowing for future enhancements in reading skills.

Effectively provided instruction, academic growth, and classroom management for Improving Reading I, High School students when teacher left the teaching position. Continued diverse and in-depth lessons plans to prepare students for SAT and ACT reading examinations. Increasing student awareness of reading techniques and reading context through literature by providing detailed correction, and re-reading opportunities to enhancing their reading skills.

For this position I taught course curriculum to special needs and IND students in grades K-5, developing lesson plans aligned with organizational and state expectations in maintaining IEP education plans. I created an engaging student classroom environment, integrating strategic teaching initiatives in supporting student learning needs. I also optimized classroom performance utilizing new schedules and regulations for IND classrooms to ensure learning through support, and student motivation. This allowed me to successfully increase student learning through engagement for all instruction and innovative course content. During my time here, I achieved a variety of contributions to this position in addition to the following:  Facilitated an enriching environment for students with special needs by incorporating multi-cultural perspectives to drive performance based upon testing and student assessment. Introduced partnerships into teaching perspectives, integrating guidance counselors, parents and administrators into weekly teaching programs to enhance student knowledge while reducing behavioral problems.

Preschool teacher for ARC Broward– Achievement and Rehabilitation Centers, a non-profit special needs service organization. Teacher for 12 special needs students ages 3-5 with various exceptionalities. Provide a loving and nurturing environment to promote learning and growth by enhancing each student’s individual strengths.
