• Play a significant role with the Relationship Manager in drafting and helping produce the formal written credit display, as well as any preliminary briefing presentations. • Gather relevant market and other appropriate data needed for deal and market analysis. Project specific income and expense budgets and debt/repayment structures as well as tenant financials and lease abstracts and borrower and guarantor financial statements and tax returns. • Manage the day to day tracking of the existing portfolio including effective tracking of financial statements, loan covenants, and other documents as appropriate. • Test financial covenants and annual financial statement analysis with timely completion of annual reviews and other internal credit memos.
