UTC Onity is a company that works with the hospitality industries(Marriott, Universities, Hospitals, Hilton, TMI, and etc.) In this businessit manages customer inquiries: RMA’S, WCSO, CSO, Product availability,Pricing, Purchase Orders, Status updates, follow ups, delivery updates,Maintaining Customer data (new billing updates, address updates,contact updates, and etc) talking with the customer over phone, solvingthe situation, finding the information for the parts they want what theyneed, providing them documents for new accounts and updates. Notifyingwhen something changes in a shipping or order, and suggesting parts toreplace what they need, product knowledge, product breakdown, helpingcoworkers with questions. We use many programs that help with theseorder throughout the day: Oracle, Avaya, Unify, Avaya Trackers, Fed Exfor call tags, we have a standard work sheet, we use outlook, we use isales,we use expedites, and sending tech to site, sales logics, sales force, QCPC,FDS, looking up PR, and more. We talk with the customer try helpingthem find what they need, solving the issues they have, and just makingthe customer a happy customer that wants to return back to us becausewe have helped them so much that they are appreciative and the service iswonderful.A few other things that we worked together within the company is one onones, SOCS, and I was part of the partying planning committee.

Asset Protection host are certified with State of Oregon Department ofPublic Safety Standards and Training ( DPSST) license. We handlecustomer service at the doors- with any issues the customer has. AP hostdoes everything they can to help and make the customer happy, alongsidecovering security ( deterrin g shoplifters working alongside police ,f ollowing protocol s and handling technology (mobile computers andprinters to search for items in our system and create returns.) We also tryto prevent arguments or panic attacks from various people who don'treact well to situations (lost child, parent, Alzheimer , problems with anemployee or another customer , etc.)

Cashiers learn how to work all sorts of devices and programs (Registers,Cash office, Returns, check machines, etc.) They learn to greet, smile,empathize with customers, ask if they found everything, etc.
