In a fast-paced startup, leading the operations of the Care Worker support team including the interviewing and onboarding of team members, 1:1 coaching and performance reviews, assigning tasks and responsibilities and providing a point for escalation and incident reporting. This team is responsible for acquisition, registration, retention and support of all incoming and approved Care Workers on Better Caring. Particular interest and experience in identifying and rectifying issues in the user experience including the web application and newly launched mobile app, as well as development of resources such as help videos, the Care Worker Guide and help articles found on the Better Caring website.

Supporting a variety of participants including children and adults withintellectual disabilities, as well as participants with dementia by using a person centeredapproach to build on individual strengths. Responsibilities includedcoordinating and helping to facilitate the daily outings with other staff members whilemaintaining the safety and wellbeing of the participants.
