Elizabeth is a vice-president and portfolio manager at Rockspring Capital, a real estate private equity firm with $275 MM assets under management. Responsibilities include managing investment mandates and providing both asset and fund level analyses and analytic reporting.

Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to better align company operations with industry best practices, including better human resource management, design and implementation of technology improvements, and resolution of accounting issues for this small commercial investment company.

Design and oversee the development of software to manage the information details of up to a billion mortgage-related documents, including real time portfolio and operator quality control testing and streamlined feed into the Goldman Sachs mortgage trading system. Chair the ad-hoc committee of default servicing department heads to re-evaluate best practices policy and procedure in the post-2007 mortgage world; oversee the development and implementation of the resulting policy and procedure changes.

This position expanded responsibilities to include developing policy and performance controls for all of commercial special servicing.

Develop and manage the small-balance commercial REO department as a new business unit, including developing policy and performance indicators and hiring and training department personnel. This department maintained a loss ratio 40% less than the company average.

Formerly BancOne. Manage and market a REO (real estate owned) portfolio that included a variety of commercial property types. Prepare asset plans and budgets for regulatory approval, and manage FDIC audits. Oversee construction and environmental remediation; retain and supervise property management and brokerage services. Provide office-wide property insurance evaluation and policy compliance management.
