My professional experience begins 5 years ago in the service industry, in various positions, with an additional 2 years in an assisted living home, both as a medication aid and caregiver. I was allowed to be flexible and join whatever team needed my help that day—whether it was memory care, assisted living, overnight, morning. Throughout my years of experience as a person facing professional, my biggest achievement has been being allowed to learn how to make connections with people. Building trust and giving guidance when necessary, taking clear instruction while maintaining standards, my strong communication skills have helped hone my ability to be an excellent addition to any team I join. I’m excited for any new opportunities to further my knowledge and skill set.
