Represented creditors and debtors in in-court and out-of-court restructurings, including Daffy's, Inc. in its chapter 11 reorganization, Chassix Holdings, Inc. in its chapter 11 reorganization, and Financial Guaranty Insurance Company in the City of Detroit's chapter 9 bankruptcy case. Assisted distressed clients with in-house corporate legal work, including negotiating and drafting nondisclosure agreements, supply agreements, and credit enhancement agreements. Litigated numerous issues for corporate and pro bono clients in federal bankruptcy court, New York Supreme Court, immigration court, and housing court. Recipient of Weil's Pro Bono Service Award in 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015.
