- Oversaw the School Success Program, designed to provide individualized support to newcomer youth and their families as they navigate the NYC public school system. Coordinated programming for up to 120 families, including intake, client assessment, school enrollment, individualized service planning and implementation. Recruited, trained and managed a team of 6-8 Masters of Social Work interns annually- Managed student recruitment and admissions for 135 students ages 4 to 21 at annual Newcomer Youth Summer Academy; coordinated parent teacher conferences, caregiver outreach, student support services, and community partnerships - Developed & implemented curriculum, workshops, and partnerships focused on Social Emotional asset development & learning for students ages 4-21. Lead staff on Participatory Design research project, designed to explore how to improve Social Emotional Learning programs for adolescent clients - Worked with the New York Immigrant Coalition, Education Collaborative to design campaigns to further NYC Education Policy on behalf of Newcomer Youth & English Language Learners- Played a leadership role in continuing & creating partnerships to serve Youth Programming, including with Arts Ignite (allowing for Creative Arts classes to be added to the summer academy curriculum), LitWorld (incorporating a literacy and social emotional curriculum for k-5 students), & Advocates for Children (connecting families to advocacy & legal resources, and providing training for interns on Immigrants Rights in the NYC School System)

The Refugee Youth Summer Academy is a six week program designed to help newcomer youth succeed in New York City public schools.•Conducted family & individual enrollments into the program in Spanish & English•Coordinated school-wide events and field trips for 100 students and 90 staff •Point person in charge of attendance tracking and attendance outreach to parents/caregivers•Managed supply procurement & expense tracking•Liaison to NYC School Foods to coordinate two meals per day for all students•Managed main office and acted as a liaison between teachers & support staff and program administration •Acted as an advocate for students as they enrolled in NYC DOE schools

The Leaders in Training (LIT) program brings together high achieving juniors and seniors from the IRC's Resettlement Program and helps them on three main verticals: college readiness, career readiness, and civic engagement. - Facilitated the LIT recruitment process in coordination with schools, students, and program staff - Developed & oversaw curriculum for weekly LIT workshops- Arranged visits from professionals and guest speakers, as well as organizing college tours, networking opportunities, and community building field trips - Coordinated with Alumni to build out alumni mentorship opportunities with past and current participants - Assisted in creating a now annual "Social Action Project" designed to facilitate outlets for civic engagement for students- Initiated the creation of a therapeutic group for students & parents/guardians to discuss the high school to college transition

New Women New Yorkers (NWNY) is a cross-community non-profit organization empowering young women immigrants from underserved communities in New York City. LEAD is an 8-week professional development program combining skills training, teamwork, and leadership development. LEAD for New Moms is a 4-week program focusing on job readiness and skills training, for new immigrant mothers hoping to reenter the workforce. - Worked on curriculum development, coordination and planning of workshops, and the facilitation of group/individual activities for participants ages 18-35.- Assisted in development and implementation of focus groups designed to improve programming - Facilitated bi-annual trainings for program staff

- Website management and content development for all online activity, in addition to data collection, analysis and reporting for external/internal stakeholders- Lead staff in charge of organizing the 9th Annual T.E.A.L. Walk/Run in Prospect Park (Sept 2017).
