Transitioning to the role of Stormwater Coordinator at MassDEP, I bring extensive experience in the real-world implementation of land use regulations, along with a broad perspective that helps identify parallels and overlaps between different programs. In this role, I engage with municipalities, non-profits, regional planning agencies, and federal agencies, providing both technical and regulatory assistance for stormwater management compliance, as well as outreach and training on regional stormwater initiatives.I oversee stormwater-related topics across Massachusetts, including interfacing with EPA Region 1 on NPDES stormwater permits such as the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit, the Construction General Permit (CGP), the Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP), and individual stormwater permits issued to municipalities. Additionally, I am involved in updating the Stormwater Handbook as part of the Resilience 1.0 regulatory package and administer a grant program to support municipalities in complying with the MS4 permit.

Registered profession engineer that serves as the lead engineer and project manager for land development and redevelopment projects. Execute projects through all phases from conceptual planning, to the preparation of site work specifications and construction administration.

Project Engineer responsible for multiple aspects of land development projects including layout, grading, sewage disposal system design, utility design, drainage system design and reporting, and permitting with local, federal and state agencies.

Assisted in multiple bridge inspections including the Tobin Bridge, the Rt 128 bridge in Gloucester and the historic Danforth Street bridge in Framingham. Created as-built plans of the Danforth St. bridge, recorded field notes, drafted and revised plans, and organized and gathered archival information for upcoming bridge inspections.
