Beth Collins is Co-President of The Azoff Company, a new-model music, media and entertainment company founded by Irving Azoff that includes in its portfolio Full Stop Management, Global Music Rights, Oak View Group, Iconic Artists Group and Giant Music among others. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing and managing the investments in the Company's portfolio as well as initiating, developing and executing on business opportunities that drive the Company's growth.Previously, she was Senior Vice President, Business Development at The Madison Square Garden Company where she was responsible for supporting the Company's overall strategic objectives including managing complex corporate transactions and initiatives involving multiple divisions to drive growth. Ms. Collins joined The Madison Square Garden Company in 2007 as the entertainment division's head legal counsel. In that role, in addition to managing the MSG Entertainment legal team, she handled numerous growth initiatives for MSG Entertainment, including spearheading the Company’s acquisition of the historic Forum arena in Inglewood, California.Prior to joining The Madison Square Garden Company, Ms. Collins spent several years as an entertainment finance attorney with Proskauer Rose in Los Angeles, where among other things, she advised the Sinatra Estate in the sale of a portion of their business to Rhino Records. Previously, she was Senior Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development for the French television and film company, Canal Plus, in Paris, where she oversaw their international expansion transactions, which took the company from three to over 15 countries in Europe. Ms. Collins began her career at the law firm Cleary Gottlieb where she was an associate in their New York, Hong Kong and Paris offices.Ms. Collins is a graduate of Duke University School of Law and the University of Pennsylvania.
