Elizabeth has 25 years’ experience in Executive/CEO and leadership roles in Australia, London, Amsterdam and New York. Her global experience gained across financial services, automotive, transport, health and government. She is a Non-Executive Director of Bank First, RMIT Training, Southern Cross Care a $1.5B aged care/retirement living organisation and Chair of the Continence Foundation of Australia. Liz is also CEO of Urban Camp. As CEO of LanguageLoop she led the business through a digital and organisational transformation, with a clear strategy to deliver innovative new services to market, drive sales into new sectors, improve service delivery, process improvement and improve staff morale. This delivered double digit growth and doubled revenue in a few years. She built partnerships with Australia's largest corporates and transformed how businesses interact with their multicultural customers. Transforming and delivering new services using the latest tech in AI, machine learning and data analytics and increasing NPS from +6 to +80.Previously she worked for VicTrack as a member of the Executive Management Team, the Financial Ombudsman Service and the Environment Protection Authority. Prior to that working in Europe for Yamaha Motors and in the USA for global investment bank Goldman Sachs. Liz's passion is improving outcomes for customers, understanding their needs and delivering the products and services to serve them. Using the latest tech, driving business transformation, strategy implementation and by focusing on getting the best out of people to deliver great outcomes.
