As a Business Development Executive, it is my goal to expand Finastra’s customer base, using strategies to discover new prospects and initiate a healthy business relationship. I serve as a liaison between current/potential customers and the sales executives. I also work alongside Account Executives to maintain and grow relationships with current clients.

As a Child Protective Investigator, I investigated reports of abuse and neglect assigned by the Florida Abuse Hotline, meticulously documenting all interactions and adhering to every step of the investigation process. Conducted interviews with children, adults, and collateral sources to gather comprehensive information regarding abuse allegations. I served as a liaison between families, service providers, and local law enforcement to ensure child safety and enhance the well-being of families. My role involved coordinating efforts to maintain a secure environment for children while supporting families through available resources and services.
