•Works to ensure customer satisfaction • Responsible for completing working duties and side work throughout and at the end of the shift. -Restocking plates, ice bins, napkins, for back of house. -Restocking ketchup, sugar caddies, salt and pepper shakers for assigned tables. • Responsible for greeting customers, developing rapport, accepting, processing, and delivering orders in a pleasant and helpful demeanor.• Capable of efficiently serving approximately 30 patrons per shift.• Responsible for ensuring patrons are given an accurate bill that itemizes the total meal costs and sales tax.
